Notice under section 630(4) of the Corporations Act – Fulfilment of condition

Vango Mining Limited ABN 68 108 737 711 (Vango)
Catalyst Metals Limited ABN 54 118 912 495 ( Catalyst ) has made offers under an off-market takeover bid for all of the fully paid ordinary shares in Vango contained in the bidder’s statement dated 10 January 2023 ( Bidder’s Statement ) ( Offer ). Capitalised terms in this notice have the meaning given in the Bidder’s Statement, unless the context otherwise appears.
Catalyst gives notice under section 630(4) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) that the Condition contained in section 11.8(a) of the Bidder’s Statement (minimum acceptance condition) has been fulfilled on the date of this notice, and accordingly, the Offer and any takeover contract arising from acceptance of the Offer are now free of that condition.
