Messrs Kay, Boston and Schwab for the provision of additional technical and management services to the
Company. Also includes payments to Raisemetrex Pty Ltd, a company of which Mr Boston is a director, for
the provision of an online platform for the administration of capital raisings and electronic communications
with shareholders.
The amount in 6.2 represents the capitalised portion of Mr Kay’s consulting fees for technical and
