Mr McKinstry holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Queensland and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the Mt Eliza Graduate School in Victoria.
Additionally, Catalyst advises that Mr Bruce Robertson has advised that he will step down as CEO of the Company due to personal reasons and ongoing difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic restricting his ability to travel and manage the operations of the business in Victoria and Tasmania from his base in rural New South Wales. The Board would like to thank Mr Robertson, who will serve his 3 month notice period, for the excellent job he did in managing the acquisition of the Henty Gold Mine since Catalyst took control of it in January 2021. Henty has performed admirably in the first two quarters of 2021 and the focus on mining and exploration are already delivering results to enhance the long term potential.
The Company thanks Mr Robertson for his contribution to Catalyst and wishes him well for the future.
