BOARD APPOINTMENT

Confirmation of the appointment of James Champion de Crespigny as a Non-Executive Director of Catalyst

The directors of Catalyst Metals Limited ( Catalyst or the Company ) (ASX: CYL ) are pleased to confirm that as foreshadowed in the Catalyst ASX announcement on 8 October 2021, Mr James Champion de Crespigny has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company.

Mr Champion de Crespigny is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience in capital markets, financing and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the mining sector. In addition to his directorship, Mr Champion de Crespigny will provide additional consultancy services assisting with the Company’s investor relations and business development activities and to generally support the Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Gary Schwab formally retired at today’s annual general meeting after 11 years’ diligent service as an independent non-executive director. The directors and staff wish to record their sincere appreciation for Mr Schwab’s significant contribution to the growth and development of the Company over his time as a director.
