("CMG", "Catalyst" or the "Company")

SIS Rights Agreement with RMG

The Company is pleased to note that Sports Information Services (Holdings) Limited ("SIS"), in which CMG has an approximate 20.54% interest, has today announced a further three-year agreement with Racecourse Media Group ("RMG").

This agreement follows a competitive tender process in which SIS successfully secured the audio-visual and data rights for licensed betting offices across the UK and Ireland for RMG's British racecourses for the period from 2023-2026.

Such rights form a key part of the SIS service, and the new contract will run from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2026 and follows on from the current five-year agreement between SIS and RMG which commenced in 2018.
