Shree Minerals Ltd (ASX: SHH) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Shree Minerals Ltd (‘SHH’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SHH, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 4 October 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for trading halt: Shree Minerals Limited; ASX Code: SHH

Shree Minerals ("Shree" & / or the "Company") request a trading halt to be applied to our securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and set out below details of the request :

• a) We would like the trading halt to commence from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 2[nd] October 2018;

• b) the trading halt is sought to allow for the finalisation of an option agreement to acquire exploration assets and a capital raising by way of a non-renounceable rights issue;

• c) the Company anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trade on Thursday, 4[th] October 2018 or the making of an announcement regarding the finalisation of the option agreement to acquire exploration assets and a capital raising by way of a non-renounceable rights issue; and

• d) We confirm that we are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
