Completion of Non Renounceable Entitlement Issue

Shree Minerals Ltd (“Shree”) wishes to advise that its Non-Renounceable Entitlement Issue closed on 21 November 2018 as per the timetable in the Prospectus lodged with ASX on 15 October 2018.

The following table sets out the number of new shares subscribed for by eligible shareholders under the entitlement issue and the number of under subscriptions to the offer:

Under the terms of the underwriting agreement, DJ Carmichael Pty Limited as the Underwriter will arrange for subscription for the shortfall securities representing 279,419,832 shares.

The Company expects to issue 284,368,446 shares on 28th November 2018 in accordance with the entitlement issue timetable previously announced to ASX.
