Appointment of Technical Director – Chief Geologist

Shree Minerals Ltd ( “ Shree ” or the “ Company ” ) is pleased to advise that the Company has appointed highly experienced Geologist Mr Martin Bennett to the role of Technical Director and Chief Geologist.

Mr. Bennett is a mining industry executive with a strong technical background and substantial experience in project management and leadership. He has significant experience in Australia, Africa, Canada and South East Asia, with a proven track record of successful discovery and acquisition. Previous roles include General Manager Exploration with Endeavour Mining Corporation, Exploration Manager BCI Minerals and Exploration Manager for La Mancha Resources.

Mr. Bennett is expected to commence his role at SHH around middle of May 2021, which will be the effective date of his appointment to the Board of SHH.
