Non Executive Director Appointment

Shree Minerals Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Amritlal Shah (Amu Shah) as a Non Executive Director of the company with effect from 4thMarch 2011.

Mr Amu Shah is a director and shareholder in various businesses ranging from retail trade, distribution of office and stationery products, services to the mining industry, manufacturing, and property development and ownership.

Mr Amu Shah was also recently appointed as Honorary Consul for Kenya in Perth.

Mr Amu Shah brings with him a wealth of international and local business experience.
