Hybrid Access for General Meeting of Shareholders

Catalina Resources Ltd (ASX: CTN ) (‘ Catalina ’ or the ‘ Company ’) advises that the General Meeting (“GM”) of shareholders will be held at 11:00am (AWST) on Tuesday, 23 December 2025 .

To assist shareholders who are unable to attend in person, the Company will provide hybrid access to the GM. Shareholders will be able to listen to the meeting proceedings live and submit written questions during the meeting via Microsoft Teams.

Important information regarding voting

Shareholders are advised that online voting will not be available . Shareholders may vote in person at the GM or by lodging a valid proxy form prior to the meeting, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notice of Meeting.

The hybrid facility is offered for convenience only and does not replace shareholders’ rights to vote in person or by proxy.
