This is further to our communication dated 3 April 2020 informing the Exchanges about appointment of Mr. Udayan Sen (DIN: 02083527) as a Non‐Executive, Nominee Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 2 April 2020.

Mr. Sen’s profile is detailed below:

Mr Udayan Sen is a finance professional with 28 years of industry experience with the last 21 years in BP Plc. Prior to joining Castrol India in 1999, Mr Sen has worked in ITC Limited where he joined as a Management Trainee (1992‐95) and Unilever India (1995‐1999).

Mr Sen has worked in four continents in Corporate and Regional roles spanning Finance, Planning & Strategy and New Markets Business Development. His last role was CFO for Aspac Fuels & Air BP based out of Melbourne, Australia. He took the role of Global CFO for Lubricants in January 2020 based out of the UK.

Mr Sen has an open and inclusive leadership style with a passion for people and relationships. He is recognised for leading the business and finance agenda by working closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies. He is a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata (1989) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (from 1992).
