Change of auditor

Castings PLC announces that following a competitive tender process BDO LLP ("BDO") have resigned as the Company's auditor with effect from 13 December 2016. The company has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") to fill the vacancy for the financial year ending 31 March 2017. The Company intends to put the appointment of PwC as auditor to a vote of shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.

The board wish to thank BDO for its services and support over the past eleven years.

As required by section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, BDO have deposited a statement with the Company confirming that there are no circumstances in connection with its resignation as auditor that should be drawn to the attention of the Company's shareholders and the reason for the resignation being the result of a tender process.
