Castile Resources Limited (ASX: CST) – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation
Description
Castile Resources Limited (‘CST’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Wednesday, 12 February 2020.
Official quotation of CST’s ordinary fully paid shares will commence at 1:00pm AEDT on Friday, 14 February 2020.
CST raised $19,968,861 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 3 December 2019 as supplemented by the supplementary prospectus dated 10 December 2019 and second supplementary prospectus dated 10 January 2020 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 99,844,305 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
