Changes to the Board of Directors of Castellum

Leiv Synnes has today informed Castellum that he is resigning from the Board of Directors of Castellum with immediate effect.

Akelius Residential Property has informed Castellum that Akelius Residential Property intends to nominate Pål Ahlsén as a new member of the Board of Directors. Castellum's Board of Directors therefore intends to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 13 July 2023. A notice convening the Extraordinary General Meeting is intended to be published around 14 June 2023.
