RESIGNATION OF CHAIRMAN
Gulf Industrials Limited (“Gulf” or “the Company”) (ASX Code: GLF) announces the resignation of its Chairman and Director, Sir Sam Jonah.
Sir Sam’s resignation comes as a result of Gulf being in discussions with Jonah Capital (of which Sir Sam is a major shareholder) regarding a finance facility and to avoid any possible conflict of interest that his Chairmanship and Directorship may pose he has decided to step down as a Director of Gulf.
The Directors, management and staff of Gulf would like to thank Sir Sam for his contribution to the Company and wish him the very best for the future.
Mr Jonathan Best has been appointed interim Chairman of the Company effective immediately.
Please find attached the Appendix 3Z.
