APPOINTMENT OF COUNTRY MANAGER UGANDA
Gulf Industrials Limited (“Gulf” or “the Company”) (ASX Code: GLF), the African focused mineral producer and developer is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Rob Guest as Manager, East African Operations commencing on 1 August 2011.
Mr Guest brings to the company more than 30 years’ experience in the role of mining engineer/executive in the areas of mineral exploration and natural resource projects covering many facets of the mining and exploration sector in various overseas jurisdictions.
His experience has seen Mr Guest develop projects from initiation through to final feasibility, financing and onto construction and development along with project financing, the management of staff as well as high level negotiation with various governments around the globe.
He brings with him principles of good governance and safety as well as responsible stewardship of the environment.
The Board of Gulf Industrials looks forward to welcoming Mr Guest on 1 August, 2011.
