Change of name and launch of new website

The Company is pleased to announce that pursuant to the approval, granted at the GM held on 24 March 2017, of the Company's proposed change of name, the Company confirms that its name has been changed from Roxi Petroleum Plc to Caspian Sunrise Plc and the change of name has been filed with Companies House.

The Company's AIM symbol changes from "RXP" to "CASP". Trading under the new ticker CASP commenced today.

The Company's rebranded website has also launched today at www.caspiansunrise.com
