Shareholding Update

Caspian Sunrise (formerly Roxi Petroleum plc), the Central Asian oil and gas company, with a focus on Kazakhstan, would like to update the market regarding Kairat Satylganov's (the Company's CFO) shareholding in the Company.

The number of shares held by Kairat Satylganov, CFO, is 175,682,697 representing 10.5% of the issued share capital of the Company rather than the previously advised 205,428,655 shares representing 12.3% following a sale of 29,745,958 shares in March and April 2015 at 7.41p per share that was not reported at that time.

The Company would like to confirm that the above information does not alter the number of ordinary shares in issue, which currently stands at 1,669,673,820 ordinary shares of 1p each, as last announced on 10 November 2017.
