Oraziman family holdings

The Company has been notified of the following changes to the holdings in the Company of the Oraziman family, which continues to hold 1,089,544,792 shares representing 48.41% of the Company's shares.

On 27 June 2022 Aidana Urazimanova gifted 396,682,324 shares to her brother Aibek Oraziman.

Additionally shares previously held by the late Rafik Oraziman have passed to Aibek Oraziman.

Aibek Oraziman & Aidana Urazimanova continue to hold 50% stakes in Akku Investments, which holds 100,021,432 shares in the Company.

Accordingly, the shareholdings of the members of the Oraziman family are as follows:
