Caspian Sunrise, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, announces that it received notification that on 02 August 2018, Edmund Limerick, a director of the Company, purchased 480,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 10.25p each for a total consideration of £49,200.

Following the transaction, Edmund Limerick and his wife have an interest over a total of 3,690,000 shares, representing a 0.22% holding in the Company's total issued share capital.
