Following today's rumors, Casino confirms that the process to dispose of its subsidiary Via Varejo continues in Brazil without any new event to report to the market in respect to its last 8 March communication, at the occasion of its full year results' publication. Additionally, it denies any partnership regarding this subsidiary.
