Paris, January 26, 2017, 10.00pm – Following the end of the acceptance period of the simplified tender offer targeting the ordinary shares of Cnova N.V. ("Cnova") opened on the regulated market of Euronext in Paris since December 27, 2016 (the "Offer"), Casino, Guichard-Perrachon ("Casino") hereby announces that the price per Cnova N.V. ordinary share in euro calculated in accordance with the provisions of the offer document that has received the visa n°16-600 from the French Autorité des marches financiers on December 22, 20161 , is 5.154 euros 2 .
