On February 27, 2012, Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs- und
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Appen, Deutschland, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Cash.Medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 5% and 10%
thresholds of the Voting Rights on February 24, 2012, and on that day
amounted to 14.78% (this corresponds to 374,000 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 14.78%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 374,000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG
and Versicherungs-Service-Team Vermittlungs- und Betreuungsgesellschaft für
Versicherungen mbH.

On February 27, 2012, Barakiel Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG, Appen,
Deutschland, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Cash.Medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 5% and 10% thresholds of the Voting Rights on February
24, 2012, and on that day amounted to 14.78% (this corresponds to 374,000
Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.74% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 120,000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company via Versicherungs-Service-Team Vermittlungs- und
Betreuungsgesellschaft für Versicherungen mbH.

On February 27, 2012, accaris financial planning AG, Appen, Deutschland,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Cash.Medien AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 24, 2012,
and on that day amounted to 1.79% (this corresponds to 45,392 Voting
Rights).
