KARARLAR :

Şirketimiz tarafından, Türk Ticaret Kanunu (T.T.K.) ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu (S.P.K.) hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları 'na (TMS/TFRS) uyumlu hazırlanan ve C&Ç Bağımsız Denetim ve Yönetim Danışmanlığı A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimi yapılan;

01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait solo finansal tablolarında TFRS 'ye göre 280.947.329- TL brüt, 280.854.062,78-TL net ve T.T.K. ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (yasal kayıtlar) göre 5.031.863,77- TL brüt, 3.680.631,61- TL net dönem karı oluşmuş,

01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 hesap döneminde de solo finansal tablolarında TFRS 'ye göre 7.586.742- TL brüt, 7.586.742-TL net karı oluşmuştur. T.T.K. ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (yasal kayıtlar) göre ise brüt ve dönem net karı bulunmamaktadır.

Artan işletme sermayesi ihtiyacı ve emtia fiyatları sebebi ile Şirketimizin Ortaklarına 2023 ve 2024 yılı dağıtılabilir net dönem karından kar payı dağıtılmaması hususunun Genel Kurul ‘a önerilmesine ve onayına sunulmasına, katılanların oy birliği ile karar vermiştir.
