Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 05.03.2021 tarihinde toplanarak aşağıdaki kararları almıştır.

KARARLAR :

1- Şirketimiz tarafından, Türk Ticaret Kanunu (T.T.K.) ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu (S.P.K.) hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları 'na (TMS/TFRS) uyumlu hazırlanan ve Ulusal Bağımsız Denetim ve Y.M.M. A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimi yapılan 01.01.2020 – 31.12.2020 hesap dönemine ait solo finansal tablolarında TFRS'ye göre 6.867.661 TL ve T.T.K. ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (yasal kayıtlar) göre 5.024.853,11 TL net dönem karı oluşmuştur.

2- Ekli kar dağıtım tablosunun kabulüne,

3- Dönem karı elde edilen her sene temettü dağıtma politikasını benimseyen Şirketimizin, ortaklarına 2020 yılı dağıtılabilir net dönem karının % 30'u oranında nakit temettü dağıtılması hususunun genel kurula önerilmesine,

katılanların oy birliği ile karar vermiştir.
