Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu bugün yapmış olduğu toplantıda,

1- Şirketimiz tarafından , Türk Ticaret Kanunu (T.T.K.) ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu (S.P.K.) hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na (TMS/TFRS) uyumlu hazırlanan ve Arkan & Ergin Uluslararası Bağımsız Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimi yapılan 01.01.2018 – 31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolara göre 4.168.660 - TL net Dönem Zararı ve T.T.K. ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (yasal kayıtlar) göre düzenlenen finansal tablolarına göre 156.724,48 TL Net Dönem Zararı oluşmuştur.

2- Yönetim Kurulumuz Dönem Zararı oluştuğu için kar dağıtılmaması hususunun genel kurula önerilmesine katılanların oy birliği ile karar vermiştir.
