Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu bugün toplanarak aşağıdaki kararları almıştır. (Karar No:2023/08)

KARARLAR :

1- Şirketimiz tarafından, Türk Ticaret Kanunu (T.T.K.) ve Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu (S.P.K.) hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları / Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları 'na (TMS/TFRS) uyumlu hazırlanan ve Ulusal Bağımsız Denetim ve Y.M.M. A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimi yapılan 01.01.2022 – 31.12.2022 hesap dönemine ait solo finansal tablolarında TFRS 'ye göre 96.997.588 TL brüt, 58.203.395 TL net ve T.T.K. ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'na (yasal kayıtlar) göre 121.356.367 TL brüt, 26.074.950 TL net dönem karı oluşmuştur.

2- Ekli kar dağıtım tablosunun kabulüne,

3- Artan işletme sermayesi ihtiyacı ve emtia fiyatları sebebi ile Şirketimizin Ortaklarına 2022 yılı dağıtılabilir net dönem karından kar payı dağıtılmaması hususunun Genel Kurul ‘a önerilmesine ve onayına sunulmasına,

katılanların oy birliği ile karar vermiştir.
