Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Ms. Shveta Sharma as VP SALES (STERNHAGEN & B2B) and also designated her as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, with effect from September 15, 2025.

The required details as per the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations read with SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025 (‘Applicable Circulars’) are enclosed as Annexure I.
