(b) On August 31, 2018, Blondel Pinnock resigned from her position as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Carver Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") and Carver Federal Savings Bank (the "Bank"), effective immediately, to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Pinnock had no disagreement with the Company or the Bank that led to her resignation.
