I am the author of the independent technical report dated April 25, 2021 entitled “Independent Technical Report on the Chucker Property, Mineral County, Nevada” (the " Technical Report ") with an Effective Date of April 25, 2021 and referred to in the preliminary long form prospectus (the " Prospectus ") of the Company dated November 25, 2021.

I am a qualified person as defined in National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

I hereby consent to the use of my name and references to excerpts from the Technical Report both in the Prospectus and through incorporation by reference in the Prospectus.
