Block Listing Application

Carr's today announces that an application for admission to the Official List has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an increase of 831,471 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each (the "Shares") to the existing block listing relating to the Company's following schemes:

·      Carr's Milling Industries Sharesave Scheme 2006;

·      Carr's Milling Industries Approved Executive Share Option Scheme 2006;

·      Carr's Milling Industries Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme 2006;

·      Carr's Milling Industries Long Term Incentive Plan 2013.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares in issue.  It is expected that admission will become effective on 26th September 2019.
