The Company has been notified that today Chris Holmes, Chairman of the Group and Sue Holmes, wife of Chris Holmes, each transferred 216,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into a family trust. The beneficiaries of the trust are not defined as persons closely associated with Chris Holmes under the EU Market Abuse Regulations.
