Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Carr's Group plc, ('Carr's', the 'Company' or the 'Group'), the Agriculture and Engineering Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited ("Cavendish") as its joint corporate broker with immediate effect. Cavendish will work alongside Investec Bank PLC, the Group's existing corporate broker.
