Carrefour shareholders have been called to participate in the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Dock Pullman, Bâtiment 137, 87 avenue des Magasins Généraux, Aubervilliers (93300).

The preliminary notice of meeting / convening notice including the agenda and the text of the resolutions was published in the French bulletin of compulsory legal notices (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires – BALO) dated April 19, 2023. The convening notice including the amended agenda and an additional resolution will be published in the French BALO dated May 8, 2023.
