Internal Appointment to the Board of Directors

On the recommendation of its Governance Committee, the Carrefour Board of Directors, during its meeting on February 19, 2025, unanimously appointed, with immediate effect, Mrs. Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon, independent director, as Chair of the Audit Committee and Lead Independent Director.

Mrs. Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon has been a member of Carrefour’s Board of Directors since June 2017 and a member of its Audit Committee since March 2023. She is also a member of the Audit Committee of the LVMH Group.

Alexandre Bompard, Chairman and CEO, declared: "I am pleased that Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon has accepted these responsibilities. I am confident that she will carry out her roles effectively and further contribute to the work and proper functioning of the Board of Directors."
