Carrefour Group appointments

Continuing its policy of decentralization, Carrefour Group announces today the following appointments:

• Pierre-Jean SIVIGNON, Group Chief Financial Officer, is also entrusted with overseeing the Group's activities in Southern Europe, Carrefour Spain and Carrefour Italy, effective October 1, 2013.
• Jérôme BEDIER, Group General Secretary, is also entrusted with the supervision of International Partnerships effective January 1, 2014.
• Gérard LAVINAY will oversee the Group's activities in Northern Europe, including Carrefour Belgium as well as Carrefour Poland and Carrefour Romania, effective October 1, 2013.
