TRADING HALT
The securities of Carnavale Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 30 July 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Carnavale Resources Limited (“the Company”) seeks a trading halt to the quotation of its securities for the period up to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 30 July 2014, or the earlier release of an announcement to ASX regarding an option to acquire GoldSilver Projects in USA and capital raising plans.
The Company expects to be in a position to make an announcement before commencement of trading on Wednesday, 30 July 2014 and is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
