RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Dear Sir

Carnavale Resources Limited (ASX: CAV) advises that Klaus Eckhof has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr Eckhof, who joined Carnavale as a Director in January 2008, has advised the Board that his resignation is due to time commitments in his executive roles in several African listed ASX companies.

Carnavale Chairman, Ron Gajewski, thanked Mr Eckhof for his significant contribution throughout his long tenure on the Board.

Mr Gajewski advises that Carnavale will not appoint a replacement director to keep costs down in current tight market conditions for juniors.
