2023 AGM date and closing date for director nominations

Carnavale Resources Limited (ASX: CAV) advises that its 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 3.00pm (Perth time) on Friday 17 November 2023.

All director nominations, together with a consent to act, for election at the 2023 Annual General Meeting are to be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Friday, 6 October 2023 at the Company’s registered office, Level 2, Suite 9, 389 Oxford Street, Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia 6016 or by mail to Company Secretary, Carnavale Resources Limited, PO Box 281, Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia 6915.
