2021 Annual General Meeting

Carnavale Resources Limited (ASX: CAV) advises that its 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm (Perth time) on Friday 26 November 2021.

All director nominations, together with a consent to act, for election at the 2021 Annual General Meeting are to be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Thursday 14 October 2021 at the Company’s registered office, Level 2, Suite 9, 389 Oxford Street, Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia 6016 or by mail to Company Secretary, Carnavale Resources Limited, PO Box 281, Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia 6915.
