Carnaby Resources Limited (ASX: CNB) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Carnaby Resources Limited (‘CNB’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CNB, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 25 January 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt: Carnaby Resources Limited (ASX: CNB)

Carnaby Resources Limited (the Company ) requests a Trading Halt to be applied to the Company’s securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1, and provides the following information:

• a) The Company would like the Trading Halt to commence immediately;

• b) Reasons for the Trading Halt: pending an announcement related to a material capital raising;

• c) How long will the Trading Halt last: the Company expects the Trading Halt will last until the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 25 January 2022 at the latest;

• d) The event we expect to happen that will end the Trading Halt: an announcement from the Company regarding the abovementioned material capital raising;

• e) Other information necessary to inform the market about the Trading Halt, or that ASX has requested: there is no such information; and

• f) The Company confirms it is not aware of any reason why the Trading Halt should not be granted.
