CLARIFICATION OF SPP TIMETABLE

On 9 October 2020 Carnaby Resources Limited (the Company ) released an announcement to the ASX titled “Completion of Share Purchase Plan” ( Announcement ).

The Announcement included incorrect information regarding the issue and trading date of the SPP shares.

The SPP shares will be issued under the SPP on 14 October 2020. The shares are expected to trade on the ASX from 15 October 2020.
