Berkut Minerals Limited (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Friday 26 August 2016.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 10:30am AEST (8:30am WST) on Tuesday 30 August 2016.

The Company raised $3.5 million pursuant to the offer under the prospectus dated 22 July 2016 (“Prospectus”) by the issue of 17,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) at an issue price of $0.20 per Share.
