Company Secretary Appointment / Resignation

Berkut Minerals Limited (‘Berkut’) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Aaron Bertolatti to the position of Company Secretary, effective 23 May 2017.

Mr Bertolatti is a qualified chartered accountant and company secretary with over 12 years’ experience in the mining industry and accounting profession. Mr Bertolatti has both local and international experience and provides assistance to a number of resource companies with financial accounting and stock exchange compliance. Mr Bertolatti has significant experience in the administration of ASX listed companies, financial accounting, corporate governance and corporate finance. Mr Bertolatti acts as Company Secretary and CFO for numerous ASX listed companies.

Ms Melanie Li has resigned as Company Secretary. The Board of Berkut wishes to thank Ms Li for her contribution and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
