Change of Non-Executive Chairman

Berkut Minerals Limited (“Berkut” or “the Company”) would like to announce the resignation of Mr Michael Bohm effective 30 June 2017, with current Non-Executive Director Mr Justin Tremain to assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman from 1 July 2017. This change has been necessitated by new and increased business commitments in other parts of Mr Bohm’s portfolio.

Justin Tremain stated “I’d like to take the opportunity to thank Mike for his time and input over the last 12 months. Berkut is very well positioned with exciting new cobalt projects in Scandinavia, a first-class management team lead by Neil Inwood, and a healthy funding position. Mike has been a part of the Berkut team achieving those milestones and we wish him well.”
