Carnaby Resources Limited (ASX: CNB) ( Carnaby or the Company ) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 November 2024. Further meeting details will be provided to shareholders in a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting to be released in due course.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations for consideration at the Annual General Meeting is 10 October 2024.
