Carma Limited (ASX: CMA) – Admission and Quotation

Description

Carma Limited (‘CMA’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Monday, 3 November 2025.

The securities of CMA will commence quotation at 11:00 AM AEDT on Wednesday, 5 November 2025.

CMA raised approximately $70.0 million pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 16 October 2025 by the issue of 25,925,926 fully-paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $2.70 per share. The offer also consisted of the sale of 11,112,000 existing fully-paid ordinary shares by Carma SaleCo Limited to raise approximately $30.0 million for the selling shareholders, also at $2.70 per share.
