Zarząd CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A z siedzibą w Warszawie działając na podstawie art. 70 pkt 3 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych podaje do publicznej wiadomości wykaz akcjonariuszy posiadających co najmniej 5% głosów na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu w dniu 1 września 2021 roku.

•CARLSON VENTURES INTERNATIONAL Ltd 3.450.614 akcji, dających 3.450.614 głosów, co stanowiło 76,00% liczby głosów na NWZ oraz 51,34% ogólnej liczby głosów,

•Artur Jędrzejewski – 819.960 akcji, dających 819.960 głosów, co stanowiło 18,06% liczby głosów na NWZ oraz 12.20% ogólnej liczby głosów.

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, acting pursuant to Article 70 point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies, makes public the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 1, 2021

.- CARLSON VENTURES INTERNATIONAL Ltd 3,450,614 shares, giving 3,450,614 votes, which constituted 76,00% of votes at the EGM and 51.34% of the total number of votes,

- Artur Jędrzejewski - 819.960 shares, giving 819.960 votes, which constituted 18.06% of votes at the EGM and 12.20% of the total number of votes.
