Acquisition of Chongqing Beer Group Assets Management Co. Ltd completed

Following the completion of the regulatory process, the acquisition of 100% of Chongqing Beer Group Assets Management Co. Ltd ("Eastern Assets") is now final. Chongqing Beer Group Assets Management Co. Ltd will be consolidated from November 2014.
