Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcement dated 12 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed Privatisation ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement. Reference is also made to the letter dated 20 May 2026 from the Board of Sealink in relation to the request for an extension to revert on the decision pertaining to the Proposed Privatisation. On behalf of the Board of Carimin, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that Carimin had vide its letter dated 22 May 2026, agreed to extend the acceptance period for another 14 days up to 9 June 2026 for the Board of Sealink to revert with its decision in respect of the Proposed Privatisation. This announcement is dated 28 May 2026.
